   First day wearing "partial isolation* earplugs most of the day and I have much more energy in the evening than I typically would! 🫢
   
   Maybe my exhaustion in the early evenings for most of my life has been because of being constantly overstimulated by sound and the voices of the people talking around/to me. 🤔

     Without having to deal with the load and distraction of ambient noise and other sounds, I feel like my mental capacity has increased. It's bizarre. 0_0
